The right candidate has the ability to charge forward, make decisions and has an innate ability to build relationships with customers and find creative solutions to any situation. Job Description

  • Source diamonds for established accounts
  • Building and deepening relationships with existing accounts
  • Manage inventory and make suggestions to account leads
  • Identify and sign on new accounts
  • Check incoming and outgoing returns of items to accounts
  • Inventory management-ensure the timely and accurate input of all stones through the appropriate systems
  • Support outside sales team

Who You Are

  • 2-3 + years experience in diamond/fine jewelry roles preferred
  • Sales experience required
  • Marketing experience an added benefit
  • Willing to learn new skills and dive into projects
  • Invested in a company growth mentality and that TEAM is always the best solution
  • Work directly with clients and adapt to their needs and store styles to best suit them
  • Ability to multitask and highly self-accountable
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Goal driven and ambitious
